In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and anti-money-laundering regulations, acephp is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. Deposits made to an unverified Account may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification are processed by acephp within standard business hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically credited within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the receiving bank's processing timelines. acephp reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
Only Real Money Funds derived from legitimate gameplay are eligible for withdrawal. Any funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless acephp determines otherwise in its sole discretion. acephp does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals to GCash or Maya. Third-party fees imposed by banks or e-wallet providers are outside acephp's control and may be deducted by those providers directly.
